A Lifecycle Approach to Requirements-driven Quality Management
Duration: 1 Hour
The ability to evaluate and mitigate risk is critical to increasing the chance for a successful business outcome to a development project. The move to end-to-end business-process based applications; the advent of service-oriented-architecture (SOA) development; the move to agile software development; and the pressures of globalization—all are affecting application quality. Find out how a lifecycle approach helps optimize the business outcome of development projects and accelerates time to value.
Join HP Software and Blueprint in this Web seminar to explore:

Find out how you can ensure that planned test coverage is appropriate for the business criticality of a requirement; where you can reduce effort with the least risk; what trade-offs enable the best business outcome; and how to communicate risk to business users to set expectations.
- Validate the accuracy and delivery of requirements:
Learn how using a single, unified platform for collaborating between business analysts and QA can dramatically reduce the time needed to accurately capture business requirements. Get an understanding of which business-analyst oriented definition and simulation solutions can help you achieve this.
